I hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Northwestern University and have over ten years of experience conducting UX research in both academic and applied settings, particularly within EdTech and tech startups. My research has been published and presented in several top scientific venues. I also have experience mentoring, coaching, and managing UX teams.
