TunePad is an online tool for creating music using the Python programming language. TunePad was created at the Tangible Interaction Design and Learning (TIDAL) Lab at Northwestern University and is part of the EarSketch ecosystem of music + coding learning environments.
The goal of this project is to provide a playful introduction to computational thinking for novices by integrating computation into music in an environment that promotes collaborative and engaging activities.
I collaborated on this project, as a researcher, during the first year of the study (2016-2017).
